TheOfferrer is built for professionals across the fresh produce supply chain — farmers, producers, exporters, importers, wholesalers, brokers, and sourcing managers.
What products can I trade here?
Fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen products (IQF and others), juices and concentrates, dried and dehydrated produce, nuts and seeds, and processed or preserved goods.
Is it free to use?
Yes — creating an account and browsing listings is free. Basic posting is also free. Premium features for high-volume users are coming soon.
How It Works
How do I post an offer?
Create a free account, click "Add Offer" in the menu, fill in the product details — type, origin, volume, price indication, Incoterms — and publish. Your offer goes live immediately.
Can I post both selling and buying offers?
Yes. You can post a Sell offer if you have product available, or a Buy offer if you are looking to source something specific.
What is the Live Board?
Live Board is a real-time feed where users post quick updates — urgent offers, last-minute availability, sourcing requests. Think of it as a fast-moving industry feed. Posts disappear after 7 days automatically.
How do I contact another trader?
Each listing includes direct contact options — you can send a message through the platform, contact via WhatsApp, or send an email directly. No middleman involved.
Account & Access
Do I need an account to use TheOfferrer?
You can browse a limited number of listings without an account. To see full contact details, post offers, and access the Live Board, you need to register — it takes less than a minute.
Why are some listings blurred or hidden?
Full access is reserved for registered users. This keeps the platform valuable and the community professional.
Trust & Safety
Is TheOfferrer safe to use?
We provide the tools to connect buyers and sellers. As with any B2B trade, we recommend verifying your trading partner before committing to a transaction. Consider using trade credit insurance (such as Coface, Atradius, or Euler Hermes) for larger deals.
Does TheOfferrer handle payments or logistics?
No. All transactions, payments, and logistics are arranged directly between the parties. TheOfferrer connects you — the rest is up to you.
