Log in to your account, navigate to Post Offer, and fill out the form. Required fields include product type, category, country, title, and your contact details.
Optional fields like price, volume, Incoterms, certifications, and up to 5 photos help your listing stand out. Once submitted, your offer is live immediately and visible to all registered buyers worldwide.
Live Board is an exclusive Trade Pro feature. Your offer gets a prominent placement with a visible 7-day countdown timer, creating urgency for buyers.
After 7 days the offer automatically hides from the Live Board (but remains in the standard browse listings). You receive a notification 24 hours before expiry so you can repost if needed.
No. TheOfferrer does not charge commission, transaction fees, or success fees. We only offer optional subscription plans (Trade Pro) for enhanced visibility and tools.
All negotiations, contracts, payments, and logistics happen directly between you and your trading partner.
Registered users can see the contact email and phone number displayed on every listing detail page. Simply click the email or phone link to reach out.
Trade Pro members additionally get a built-in Direct Messaging system — send and receive messages without leaving the platform, with read receipts and conversation history.
Free Trader accounts can publish up to 3 new offers per calendar month. The counter resets automatically on the 1st day of each month at 00:00 UTC.
There is no limit on editing existing offers or deleting and re-creating them within the same month. Trade Pro accounts have unlimited listings.
Yes. Go to My Account → My Offers to edit any field, replace photos, or delete the listing entirely. Edits take effect immediately.
Deleting an offer does not restore your monthly listing quota — the limit counts published offers, not currently active ones.
